Educational Advocacy

Empowering children to succeed in life and reach their goals

Educational Advocacy

It's not too late to make a positive change in your child's life.

When a child is struggling in school—academically, socially, emotionally, or behaviorally—it can be overwhelming for families to navigate the systems meant to help. As a family therapist who specializes in supporting children with ADHD, anxiety, autism, and other mental health or developmental needs, I understand how deeply school challenges affect the entire family. That’s why I offer Educational Advocacy Services—to help bridge the gap between home and school, and ensure every child receives the support they need to thrive.

Why Advocacy Matters?

Students with mental health or neurodevelopmental needs often require more than just academic support—they need a learning environment that understands their emotional world, sensory needs, and behavioral challenges. Unfortunately, many school teams feel unprepared to meet these needs, and parents often feel unheard. That’s where I come in. As both a therapist and advocate, I offer a unique perspective that brings together clinical insight and educational systems knowledge. I work collaboratively to ensure that school supports are not only legally appropriate—but also developmentally and emotionally responsive.
