• Serving as adjunct faculty for a CACREP-aligned Clinical Mental Health Counseling master’s program, delivering online instruction via Canvas and Zoom.
• Teaching graduate-level courses with a focus on trauma-informed care, social and cultural foundations, and clinical practicum.
• Providing weekly clinical supervision to pre-master’s counseling students, emphasizing skill development, ethical practice, and culturally responsive care.
• Facilitating a dynamic and supportive virtual learning environment using synchronous and asynchronous teaching methods.
• Assessing student progress through clinical documentation, recorded sessions, discussion participation, and reflective assignments.

• Providing individual, family and group multicultural counseling for children, teens and families.
• Clinical Specialties: Developmental trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety disorders, and mood disorders.
• Therapeutic Approach: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and therapeutic play. All interventions are tailored to meet the developmental and emotional needs of each client.
• Providing educational advocacy, including participation in IEP and 504 Plan meetings, to ensure appropriate accommodations and services are in place to support clients’ academic and emotional well-being.

• Provided individual, family, and group therapy for adults, adolescents, and children with a variety of mental health and substance abuse issues. Served clients in the clinic, home and/or school settings.

• Facilitated weekly individual, group and family therapy sessions for adolescent males in an intensive group home setting using the ARC model.
• Provided clinical case management services including regular contact with treatment team members and conducting quarterly treatment meetings.
• Utilized Safety Care crisis intervention during times of escalation with highly triggered youth.
• Conducted biweekly neurofeedback sessions for children and adolescents.
• Trained residential counselors in trauma informed care.

• Maintained a productivity expectation of 28 billable units through school based and outpatient therapy.
• Conducted school based individual sessions with middle school and elementary aged youth using a variety of treatment modalities including Child Centered Play Therapy, DBT and Motivational Interviewing.

• Provided therapeutic outreach services to children and adults in rural settings.
• Managed a diverse case load of individuals from all walks of life, including Native American youth.
• Facilitated therapeutic groups and psychoeducational presentations that promoted social skills, emotional regulation and parent education.

• Provided individual, family and couples therapy to children, adolescents, and adults maintaining a productivity expectation of 22 billable hours per week.
